Make a paste of coconut, peppercorns and cumin seeds. Add this paste to the date mixture, simmer 2-3 minutes on low. Stir in whisked yogurt and cook just 30 seconds. Heat oil, add the tempering ingredients, add the coconut yogurt mixture, serve at room temperature or chilled.      Aalu Shimla Sabzi: Ingredients  Potatoes, peeled diced and boiled   4  Green Capsicum, diced    1  Onion, diced      1 Ginger, grated      1 inch  Coriander Powder      1 tsp Turmeric powder      1/2 tsp  Red Chili powder     1/2 tsp all spice powder      1 tsp  Salt         1 tsp Oil         2 tbsp Coriander Leaveschopped    1 bunch Method: Heat oil, add the ginger, onion and capsicum. Sauté for a few minutes then stir in the boiled potatoes, turmeric powder, coriander powder, all spice powder, red chili powder and salt. Cover the pan, turn the heat to low and simmer for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Once done, turn off the heat, stir in the freshly chopped coriander leaves and serve.'
